Currently I am aiming to raise 6000 pounds to cover two upcoming sequencing runs. One aims to provide further information into the potential pathogens driving mussel mass mortality across Scandinavia (here). The second aims to sequence the microbiome of invasive clams from across the globe to investigate potential explanations behind their invasive success and steps that can be taken to limit their spread (here).
